Start by downloading your mailbox. We support .mbox and .pst files from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Proton Mail, Zoho, iCloud, and more.

Tip: If your archive is larger than 20 GB, split the export into multiple files or run multiple exports so each upload stays within the limit.
Troubleshooting
- Upload stuck at 0%? Refresh the page and try again. Very large files may take a few moments before the progress bar updates.
- “File too large” error? The archive exceeded the 20 GB limit. Split the export and upload each part separately.
- “Not ready” when downloading? The job is still parsing. Wait until the status shows done before retrying.
- Job failed? Copy the job ID from the upload URL and include it when contacting support so we can investigate.
